Describing herself as quiet, determined, and hard-working, Nichole is known for her steady presence and attention to detail. Her advice to others in customer support? Outside of work, family comes first. Nichole enjoys relaxing at home, spending time with loved ones, watching TV, and hanging out with her dog, Shadow.
