Earlier in December, we gathered for Eagle’s annual holiday luncheon. Good food, good company, and a well-earned break to celebrate the season together. Lunch was catered by Mission BBQ, and our leadership team continued a favorite tradition by stepping in to help serve.
Adding a little unexpected fun to the afternoon, we were also paid a visit by the Grinch! Proving that even he couldn’t resist stopping by Eagle during the holidays. We appreciate everyone who joined us and helped make it a great afternoon.

James finds real meaning in the work we do, knowing Eagle’s products help support everything from daily school meals to memorable experiences in destinations around the world. One of the things he values most is understanding how the many moving parts of the organization come together. By getting to know his coworkers and the processes behind their work, James is able to approach his role with a broader perspective and stronger sense of collaboration.
A hands-on builder by nature, James enjoys creating and working with anything mechanical. Recently, he’s been learning the art of gilding—a meticulous and delicate process that’s helped him slow down, focus, and appreciate precision. Whether at work or in life, James believes in experiencing as much as possible now, with a love for travel, learning, and discovering new places still high on his list.
